详情
MPQ27821 是 2 通道至 4 通道数字隔离器系列产品,经优化可替代应用中的传统光耦合器隔离。它支持高达 50Mbps 的数据速率和 5V 或 3.3V 隔离电源。MPQ27821 使用容性隔离技术,支持高达3kVRMS 的绝缘额定电压。与传统的光耦合器隔离器相比,该隔离器具有小尺寸、低功耗和更高的可靠工作性能。
MPQ27821 集成了一个具有最高 200mA 输出和 3kVRMS 隔离性能的隔离式 DC/DC 变换器,为隔离数据端口提供隔离电源。MPQ27811 仍提供Schmitt触发器输入和隔离编码/解码,适合高噪声环境中的高抗扰度应用。高/低可选默认故障安全输出支持应用中的灵活设计。
MPQ27821 采用宽体 SOICW-16 封装。
