MP6570 是一款高性能电机控制器,它集成了磁场定向控制(FOC)算法、SVPWM 调制技术和一个高精度角度传感器。MP6570 适用于3相 PMSM 和 BLDC 电机应用。
MP6570 具有3种工作模式可选,包括速度控制模式、位置控制模式和转矩控制模式。它即可通过数字接口也可通过脉宽调制(PWM)/时钟输入引脚来提供参考指令。采用 10-bit ADC对每相电流进行精确采样。通过 SVPWM 模块来调制电机的3相电压,在20kHz开关频率下其分辨率可达12-bit。
内置高速高精度磁角度传感器,实时反馈转子的位置和速度。其位置传感器的数据刷新率高达1MHz,位置分辨率高达14-bit,是 BLDC 和 PMSM 电机控制的理想之选,尤其适用于速度或位置精确度高的应用。
MP6570 采用非易失性存储器(NVM)来存储通过 I2C, SPI, 或 RS485 数字接口编程的参数。
借助 MPS e.Motion 虚拟平台在线开发工具设计应用。
全方位保护功能包括过流保护(OCP)、转子堵转保护和输入总线过压保护(OVP)。
