mp6908A 温度过高
image 如图，使用高侧同步整流管，输出5V给Gan器件使用。Vd上电阻是500欧姆，Vg用0欧姆，SLEW是50K，VDD是2.2nF。工作频率300K，输出20V，5A。mp6908A温度高达80度，是什么原因
