MPM3804 是一款单片降压型开关转换器，内置内部功率 MOSFETs 和电感。MPM3804 能在 2.3V 至 5.5V 输入电压范围内实现 0.6A 的连续输出电流，具有极好的负载和线性调节功能。输出电压可调节低至 0.6V。仅输入电容器、输出电容器和反馈（FB）电阻器需要完成设计。恒定导通时间（COT）控制方案提供了快速瞬态响应、高轻载效率和简单的环路稳定性。全方位保护包括逐周期限流保护和过温保护。 MPM3804 适用范围广泛，是高性能 DSP、无线电源、便携和移动设备及其他低功率系统应用的理想之选。MPM3804 采用超小型 QFN-10 (2mmx2mm) 封装，最大限度地减少了现有标准外部元器件的使用。
