MPM3695-100 Scalable and Fully Integrated Power Module

Get to know the MPM3695-100, a 16V, 100A, scalable power module with a PMBus interface. This fully integrated power module offers a 0.5V to 3.3V output voltage and internal or external VCC bias for an input voltage up to 16V, as well as the following features:

• 100A continuous current for outputs up to 1.8V
• 60A continuous current for 3.3V output
